Celebrating 24 Successful Community Service Projects

During its 14th Presidential Installation Ceremony, the Rotary Club of Kampala Muyenga Breeze celebrated the successful completion of 24 community service projects implemented during the 2025/2026 Rotary year.

Outgoing President Rotarian Rogers Mukalazi thanked club members, partners, and sponsors for their unwavering financial, technical, and logistical support, noting that the club’s achievements were made possible through teamwork and a shared commitment to serving humanity.

Rotary Club of Kampala Muyenga Breeze Participates in the 2026 Mega District Blood Donation Drive

The Rotary Club of Kampala Muyenga Breeze proudly joined fellow Rotary clubs across the district in the 2026 Mega District Blood Donation Drive, reaffirming Rotary’s commitment to saving lives and serving communities. The blood donation campaign officially launched the 2026/2027 Rotary Service Year, demonstrating Rotary’s dedication to improving health and supporting communities through meaningful service.

The district-wide initiative was led by the Rotary Club of Muyenga and the Rotary Club of Busaabala, bringing together Rotary and Rotaract clubs, students, healthcare professionals, and members of the public in a united effort to increase the country’s blood supply.

The campaign was a tremendous success, with over 200 units of blood collected. These donations will help provide lifesaving blood to patients requiring emergency treatment, surgeries, maternal healthcare, cancer treatment, and other critical medical services in hospitals across Uganda.
